Pumpkin Pecan Bliss

It's getting to be that time of year again. I started making this at the store a couple years ago. It's one of those dishes I can't seem to keep up on. A wonderful fall dessert! I usually make it and sell it in individual serving portions, but I also have customers who ask me to make it for their holiday feasts. Let's keep it our little secret how simple it really is to prepare, ok?

Fried Cabbage & Noodles

Easy, fast, tasty.... Fried cabbage and noodles makes a great side dish paired with porkchops and applesauce. btw, I am NOT a cabbage fan but I make this dish regular at our house. It's soooo good.
Who remembers that famous line from The Brady Bunch lol... Porkchopssss & applesaauuccce...... my oh my i was soooooo in love with Peter.

To hot to cook so whataya do? BBQ Steaks & Thai Pasta Salad

It's awfully warm out there today so I'm thinking BBQ!!! Nice Ribeye steaks, Corn on the cob and Thai Noodle Salad with Sesame Peanut dressing. It's one of the favorites At the deli... easy, quick and yummy.

Working in an Organic/Natural food market is lot's of fun, and also very informative. I spent the last 2 1/2 years in the deli. I have learned a lot about foods I never thought I would cook with, and developed some great recipes.
